Cancellation Policy
The Las Vegas Tour Desk works hard for you and your spouse - all we ask is that is that you have a good life together - ok, what if something happens and the wedding is not going to take place, well ...
The Las Vegas Tour Desk is a RESERVATION SERVICE. Our sole obligation is to assist you in choosing a chapel and forwarding your information on to the chapel you have chosen. Once your reservation is placed with the vendor (chapel or other service), our obligation to you has been fulfilled. We can not be held responsible for the actions of the vendor. However, if you have a problem with the vendor, we suggest that you first contact them to resolve the issue. If you are still unable to settle your dispute, we are happy to assist you with this free of charge. We work with these vendors on a daily basis and sometimes it is easier if we “intervene” on your behalf. If you need this type of assistance, please email ClientServices@LVWeddings.com (include your confirmation number on the subject line).
The fee we are collecting is the deposit for the services you have chosen, including your wedding consultations. The deposit will be determined by your Las Vegas Tour Desk consultant and you will be advised of such. The deposit may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (and sometimes check, money order, Western Union, etc.) This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is being charged by the Las Vegas Tour Desk. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the package you have chosen. Some or all of the monies paid may or may not go directly to the chapel. This is based on our individual arrangements with each vendor. You will always be credited the full amount of the deposit from your package price and will be labeled with the chapel as a DEPOSIT.
The Las Vegas Tour Desk knows that some things happen and have worked out the following policies with the vendors on your behalf:
· If you are simply changing the date or time of your service and give at least 48 hours notice (some chapels may have different requirements), and contact the chapel directly, they will not charge you an additional fee. If you contact the Las Vegas Tour Desk and ask us to change the time or date, we will be a $25 change fee. If you change directly with the chapel, please contact us at ClientServices@LVWeddings.com (including your confirmation number on the subject line) informing us of the new information – there will be no charge for this.
· If you are completely canceling any service, for any reason - the deposit you have paid to the Las Vegas Tour Desk is NON-REFUNDABLE. (If you have paid a service provider directly, please contact them for their individual cancellation policies.)
Any refund or portion thereof is at the sole discretion of the Las Vegas Tour Desk. Any deposits retained by us may be applied towards the same service within 2 years. This means, if you cancel your wedding and wish to come to Las Vegas within 2 years, we will credit your new wedding – at the same chapel or vendor as the original wedding, the same amount you originally paid as a deposit. You will charged a $25 rebooking in addition to the original deposit.
For your credit card protection and so we may keep a high level of customer service - our phone calls (to and from Las Vegas Tour Desk) may be recorded.
