A male and female at least 18 years of age, not nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-blood may be issued a marriage license. 

Proof of age may be required. 

Both parties must appear at the Marriage License Bureau.

There are no waiting periods, nor blood tests.

The court charges $55.00

Persons between 16 and 18 may marry if; -Consent is given at the time of application, by either parent or legal guardian, a Certified copy of the Birth Certificate may be required.  Legal guardian must have court order showing proof of legal guardianship.  All persons giving consent must have proof of identity. -Consent is given by notarized affidavit of consent, which must be written in English and contains the birth date of the minor and must state the relationship of person giving consent. An order of a Nevada State court is required on all persons under the age of 16.

Divorce papers are not required to be presented, however the date of the final decree and the city and state where granted are.  You will sign on your application that you are legally divorced.
